The Bo Strap is a thinner 1” wide Oly/Deadlift Strap that can also be used for general lifting as well. This strap was intended for those doing lighter multiple rep sets needing less wrap on the bar for a quicker rewrap if needed.  It is ideal for any style lifting with this purpose in mind but don’t be fooled!  If it is heavy you want, this strap can take that too!
